Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us for clarification.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.


Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
