Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 3–6 business days. We use shipping carriers such as DHL eCommerce, USPS, and ePacket, selecting the fastest available option based on your location.

Estimated delivery times are typically 8–17 business days within the United States. International orders may take longer depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services. In some cases, orders may arrive sooner or experience unexpected delays that are outside of our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package throughout transit.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we will do our best to contact the customer and assist in resolving the issue. However, PocketBlaster is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
